The new Rental Car Maintenance Complex encompass an approximately 25 acre site with five rental car maintenance facilities. The planned development includes one large facility (4.3 acres), two medium facilities (3.1 acres), and two small facilities (1.8 acres), with associ- ated roadway and infrastructure development. Each maintenance facility includes a mainte- nance building with offices, storage, maintenance bays, and car wash bays. Fueling islands include fuel dispensers, vacuums, below-grade fuel tanks, and vehicle fluid dispensers. Associated sitework is anticipated to include earthworks, asphalt pavement, concrete pave- ment, water services, sewer services, storm drainage and erosion control systems.
