The project includes a 500 student K-8 school of approximately 91,000 square feet on a 2.3 acre site in downtown Charleston. Some of the existing building was renovated while other parts were demolished for a new building structure. Site elements will include all necessary grading, paving, storm drainage, and sanitary sewer. Landscape elements include exterior plants, grassing, irrigation, sport court surfacing, ornamental pavers, brick columns and walls, ornamental fencing, and outdoor eating area for students.
