ADC developed a landscape master plan for this condominium development. The master plan addressed modifications, renovation, and rehabilitation of landscape plantings and pedestrian facilities. Construction documents were developed and implemented for Phase I which included street buffer and entry plantings, relocation of pool entrances, pool deck renovations, and additional tropical plantings to better define the beach atmosphere.
