The project included the demolition of asphalt and concrete pavements, existing building, storm drainage pipes, catch basins, stripping vegetation, tree removal and removal of curb and gutter at entrance. A new two-story building of 19,000 square foot will be erected. An asphalt concrete parking areas, portland cement sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter, grading storm drainage, landscaping and erosion control.
