This design-build project consists of a new 839,873 square-foot office building for 2,649 occupants of the Missile Defense Agency. Site improvements include 2,120 parking spaces on approximately 50 acres. The Phase III building closes off the last open side to a large courtyard contained by the first two structures and is AT/FP Criteria Compliant. This project also included the widening of Burose Road from two lanes to four lanes.
