The project consists of a four-story, 50-room inn with retail below including a restaurant. The inn has a meeting space, kitchen and laundry on-site. The site is adjacent to existing shops and restaurants and the structural design incorporated features to minimize the impact on the existing buildings. The structure is a post tensional slab floor system bearing on concrete columns and shear cores. The building beams are on driven piles.
