The Belle Station project is a 9.05 acre project with approximately 59,200 square feet of grocery store and retail space. Site improvements included new asphaltic concrete pavement, new concrete pavement, curb & gutter, grading, storm drainage collection, two wet retention ponds, and three dry retention ponds. Design services included layout of site elements and structural components of the multiple buildings.
