The facility includes an approximately 8,000 SF pre-engineered building of office space with a break room, kitchen, lockers, restrooms, and maintenance bays with tool and parts stor- age. The maintenance bays includes overhead hoists, hydraulic lifts, and associated systems and appurtenances. The project also includes the relocation of an existing fuel system and the addition of new fuel components. The new items include one new diesel pump, fuel management system, fueling canopy, associated piping, appurtenances, and connections for a complete fueling system. The site development includes a minimum, earthwork, asphalt pavements, concrete pavements, water services, sewer services, storm drainage, security fencing and gates, site lighting, and utility services.
