The addition is approximately 17,516 square foot per floor, totaling 122,633 for the complete building. The project includes a ground floor loading dock, mechanical area, and coffee canteen. The six upper floors include state of the art Bio-Medical Research laboratories. ADC provided building envelope consulting, structural engineering and landscape architecture.
