The project includes an 1,000 student School of the Arts, and a 500 student Academic Magnet High School, cafeteria, theater, media center, gymnasium, chiller plant, amphitheater and a bus drop-off. The school was designed for approximately 1,500 students, providing expansion capability to 1,825 students. Approximate square footage is 370,000 square feet on a 42 acre site. Site elements include all necessary grading, paving, approximately 625 parking spaces, storm drainage, potable water, and sanitary sewer. Landscape elements include exterior plants, grassing, irrigation, unit pavers, fencing, benches, bollard, and trash receptacles.
