Jeff has been working with us since 1998. Prior to joining our civil team, Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Clemson University and worked as an estimator and project superintendent at Jeter Construction Co., a paving and grading contractor in Beaufort, SC. As a senior project manager, Jeff directly supervises the site design team for the duration of a project. He helps develop proposals, schedules, and strategies for successful project completion. When not in the office Jeff enjoys watching his kids play youth sports. His other hobbies are fishing, surfing and tennis.

Jeff has worked on all types of projects including K-12 and higher education projects, municipal, military, and commercial projects. Some of his recent projects are the Center of Arts and Academics (Academic Magnet and School of the Arts) in Charleston County, SC, Langford Elementary in Blythewood, SC, Academic Success Center at Clemson University, and the Trainee Barracks Complexes 1, 2, and 3 at Fort Benning GA. Jeff is USGBC LEED Accredited Professional and a member of ASCE and the Civil Engineers Club of Charleston.
