Since 1998, we have completed 25 projects under the open-end contract. These services included providing inspection, investigation and design services, as required, during the three, concurrent two-year contracts. Numerous projects from investigations, repair projects through total roof replacements, as well as waterproofing projects, which included repairs through total building envelope solutions, are included under this contract. In 2005, the Clemson IPTAY Athletic Department building was selected and won a National Award from the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI) for Second place for the Small Roof Design. In 2008, the Clemson Fike Recreation Center Pool Deck was awarded Second place for Structural Engineering and Waterproofing Investigations Report.
